Delivered by Slow Food or partners like the Turin Chamber of Commerce, or else by nodes of the Slow Food network in different local contexts, these training sessions are aimed at three main groups:

  • to food producers, to whom we want to share specific updates on themes that Slow Food works on, as well as digitalization and internationalization as ways to widen market access;
  • to the Slow Food network, for example indigenous peoples, to whom we’re offering an eight-part course on themes relating to biodiversity, the solidarity economy and indigenous rights, or to future leaders of the Italian network involved in training on biodiversity and education;
  • to consumers, to whom we offer varied sessions in terms of their theme and structure: in the field, the study wild herbs and agroecological practices, in businesses and at the market to learn more about specific production techniques.
