Tenuta Sant’Ilario is a farm located between the sea and the mountains, and stands on a green hill overlooking the sea. It was born in 1982 and, although it has grown in technology and manufacturing, it has always remained a family run business. Our agricultural activities are: olive growing, production, transformation, bottling and marketing of olive oil and other particular derivatives. In 30 years of experience we have brought together traditional food culture and modern technology.

The production of Tenuta Sant’Ilario today is mainly concentrated on extra virgin olive oil and condiments based extra virgin olive oil. The varieties of olives we cultivate are: Leccino, Frantoio, Dritta and the native cultivars are : Carboncella, Castiglionese, Tortiglione, Intosso and Leccio del Corno. The olives are harvested by hand, using traditional techniques and then processed with some mechanical aids.

We pay particular care and attention to the design and packaging of our products. Our production boasts a wide range of items with an attractive packaging, with an essential and varied design capable of satisfying the needs of the most demanding customers. Our lines range from the most classic style: glass bottles in different sizes, handcrafted ceramic amphorae to the most delicious country, vintage, majolica and modern style cans.
Various formats and types of packaging are available: 30 ml, 100 ml and 250 ml cans, glass bottles and ceramic amphorae.

Our mission is to change the way we dress and excite the palate. The flavored oils of Tenuta Sant’Ilario are excellent for enriching both raw and cooked dishes. We have more than 20 different aromas among the most classic aromas: basil, lemon, garlic, onion and chilli. Instead for the most curious palates: saffron, turmeric, mandarin, orange, rosemary, oregano, thyme, sage, mushrooms, tomato and much more!

We believe in innovation, that’s why we have created:

  • Cream of oil: a dressing based on solidified extra virgin olive oil. It contains 70% of extra virgin olive oil. Great to spread or use in all recipes as an alternative to butter. In the variants: extra virgin olive oil, truffle, chilli, basil and lemon. The packaging is fantastic reminiscent of the toothpastes of the 50s.
  • Sferolio: an intense explosion of taste that brings together the scent and flavor of the best extra virgin olive oil enclosed in small pearls with a texture equal to those of caviar. A highly refined product, ideal for adding a touch of taste to both hot and cold dishes, in the lemon, orange and chilli variants.
  • Pinzimonio: a ready-to-use condiment based on extra virgin olive oil with lipo vinegar of various flavors: natural and basil. The peculiarity of this product is that the oil and vinegar do not separate. Ideal for seasoning both cooked and raw vegetables.
  • Liquid salt: a highly flavored food condiment that contains 75% less sodium, but salts much more than common salt. Ideal for the low-sodium diet. Liquid salt is a great resource in the kitchen especially because it can enrich dishes with different flavors: lemon, orange, chilli, basil.

The aromas and salts contained in our products are of the highest quality: we guarantee their origin and traceability. The types of salt we propose originate from sea water, through the beneficial action of the sun and wind, or from millenary mines of rock salt, which are rich in trace elements, micronutrients and minerals that are very precious and indispensable for our body. Some of these have been skilfully combined with, herbal and citrus, in order to create ideal combinations for careful and refined cuisine. We have researched and given new life to ancient traditions of manual work with the aim of recovering flavors and tastes that have now disappeared.
