Poltronieri Salumi is a small company with a big heart, located 25 kilometers far from Verona. The area is known for his typical salami like: Stortina Veronese – Slow Food Presidium, Soppressa and Campagnolo salami.
The family-run company is in the third generation of master butchers: this has allowed the passing on of all the typical local recipes, combining at the same time technological advancement and updating to the most contemporary quality standards. Everything is artisanal and the salami are still hand-tied . The owners follow the production daily to guarantee high quality standards.
Poltronieri Salumi produces mainly for the Italian market, also exporting some products in Europe. The small dimensions of the company also allow us to create “tailor-made” productions.
