Giulio Rocci and Emanuele Monero are the creators of Ottimo, an ice-cream parlour in constant search of ethically sustainable quality ingredients, used creatively to create unique and innovative flavors.

Thanks to the daily comparison and experimentation, the project of Gelati Senza Latte (Milk Free Ice Cream) was born, which now occupy half of the proposals available to the consumer.

Ottimo is Master of Taste selected by Slow Food and is awarded with the Three Cones of Gambero Rosso, which is the most important prize awarded to Italian Gelato Makers.
