La Bona Usanza (the name means “good custom”) is a small cooperative society of Marche regional producers who want to bring back to our tables the tastes and flavors of the past, in an effort to safeguard the territory’s typical food and wine products and to protect the biodiversity of the cultivars.
We produce two Slow Food Presidia: Cicerchia di Serra de’ Conti (grass-pea; a typical pulse) and Lonzino di fico (traditional cake made with dried figs, walnut, almonds and anise liqueur).
Our production includes also other traditional specialities: mais flour (12-row corn Quarantino), condiments, other pulses (lentils, beans and chickpeas), special pasta made only with pulses flour.
We grow all our plants at Serra de’ Conti with a low-environmental impact agronomic method.
Let us show you our fantastic landscape and our handcrafted products.
