The Conca d’Oro Organic Olive Farm has been handed down from father to son for 4 generations.

The genuineness and quality of the product is guaranteed by carrying out exclusively the olive cultivation and the extraction of oil in the company oil mill at Km 0. Alessandro Alessandrini increased production in 1985 by expanding the olive grove with over 13.000 plants. The olives are pressed within 12 hours of harvesting and the oil is stored in special stainless containers until bottling.

Great attention is paid to the use of organic farming techniques in all its aspects. The unfiltered oil is cold extracted and has a delicate taste that enhances all kind of dishes.
