Angellozzi Tartuficoltura grows and harvests the three most precious varieties of truffles in its own truffle-plantations in Marche region: white truffle (Tuber Magnatum Pico), winter black truffle (Tuber melanosporum Vitt.) and summer black truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.).
The company is almost exclusively devoted to the sale of fresh truffle, which is definitely the best expression of the product. In order to meet the market requirement, a line of frozen and 100% organic preserved truffles have also been created.
Angellozzi Tartuficoltura is the only company in the world that has refused the use of synthetical aromas, which are necessary to realize truffle-flavored products such as oil, butter, sauce, etc.
