What’s the most beautiful thing about Terra Madre?

There’s little doubt: it’s the meeting and mixing of cultures through tastes and aromas.

Today, that physical tour around the world isn’t possible. Not physically. We haven’t been able to hold a real market, nor meet our old friends face to face, nor taste all their delicious foods in the kitchens of Terra Madre. We haven’t been able to do a lot of things that we’d become used to at Terra Madre.

Around the world in 12 recipes

We present a virtual journey around the cuisines and recipes of the world, thanks to the How It’s Made series that includes episodes from every angle of the planet. That’s why, if you haven’t yet done so, you should take a look at some of the videos to savor Abodong Manok from the Philippines, Beef Stroganoff from Russia, the Afroamerindian Fish of Brazil, or how they produce red pepper paste in Turkey or Taliouine Saffron in Morocco.
