Aperitif against waste
The current emergency doesn’t allow us to meet and cook saved food to the rhythm of music, as we would have done during a DiscoSoup, but that doesn’t mean we’ll give up on an #Aperitifagainstwaste, to celebrate the conclusion of the campaign against food waste promoted by Slow Food Youth Network Italy and the Zero Waste Network. You are personally invited to this digital event: a moment of exchange and meeting between the participants and the different realities involved in this campaign! The programme includes a brief introduction by SFYN Italy & Rete Zero Waste about the campaign. Participants will then be divided into different virtual rooms, each with a specific theme related to waste and the different realities hosted, with whom to dialogue. The rooms are: – Recovery Kitchen: is a zero waste kitchen possible? Guests: Carlo Catani of @tempidirecupero and Chef Chiara Pavan of @venissa-tenuta (TBC); – Waste as a resource. Guests: @Belladentro and @toogoodtogo – Waste and inclusion: recover to donate. Guests: Avanzi Popolo, ReFooGees.
