Without bees, a large number of wild and cultivated plant species would no longer exist.
Today we face great challenges due to climate change, the emergence of various diseases and parasites, the use of monocultures and the unregulated use of pesticides that contribute to the extinction of many species of bees, but also have a negative impact on beekeeping.
Be part of the second panel discussion “Will the future be mellifluous?”, which will be held on December 17, 2020 (Thursday), on the zoom platform, starting at 6 pm CET. During the event you’ll be able to find out more about the situation with beekeeping in our country, as well as the use of registration opportunities for small honey producers.
The aim is to support local small-scale food producers in the process of registering their production facilities and, at the same time, to exchange good practices and knowledge. The discussion is part of the project “Practical implementation of legislation in traditional production facilities”, which is supported by the Rural Development Network of the Republic of North Macedonia through the project NAGE, funded by the European Union.
Event oganized by Slow Food Macedonia. Event part of the programme of Terra Madre World.
