Traditional is possible! The variety of traditional cheeses comes from the rich pastures and landscapes, the raw milk from the local breeds and the skills of the breeders and cheese producers.

But do small family cheese farms have a future? Will raw milk cheeses be available on the table? Be part of the panel discussion “From food safety to empowering green economy: The challenge of today’s small producers”, which will be held on December 10, 2020 (Thursday), on the zoom platform at 6pm (North Macedonia time zone) and listen to the experiences of our small producers of traditional cheeses.

The aim is to support local small-scale food producers in the process of registering their production facilities and, at the same time, to exchange good practices and knowledge.

The discussion is part of the project “Practical implementation of legislation in traditional production facilities”, which is supported by the Rural Development Network of the Republic of North Macedonia through the project NAGE – Networking and Advocacy for Green Economy, funded by the European Union.
