A virtual journey through Italian productions around the world
During the evening, four professionals will be interviewed by Franco Peluso with the collaboration of Federico Lubrani, Chair of the Glasgow Convivium. The incredible talents and experiences of our guests will take us to four different stories of those who live and work in different locations around the world, starting in Barcelona with Francesco Cerutti (veterinarian and owner of an urban dairy in Barcelona), then flying to the United States to meet Odette Fada (chef in New York), returning to the old continent in Glasgow, Scotland, to meet Giovanna Eusebi (chef of Italian origin) and ending with Alessandro Grano (chef) who left Taranto to live and work in London. The strong link created in the last three years between Grottaglie and Glasgow has seen the realisation of many events whose aim is always that of making known both the stories of the people and the peculiarities of the territories to stimulate curiosity and interest both on food but above all on the importance of a conscious consumption linked to the origins and traceability of the raw materials.
