To complete the cycle of meetings dedicated to the publication of the volume of the Italian Local Food Policies Network, on 25 November from 4 to 6.30 p.m. there will be a meeting with a scientific approach to look critically and prospectively at the opportunities offered by local approaches to food systems.

The event will be moderated by Francesca Forno (University of Trento) and Giaime Berti (Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna), who will coordinate a panel of expert researchers on the theme of food systems. Their task will be to link the issues that emerged from the volume Lo spazio delle politiche locali del Cibo: esperienze, temi e prospettive with some international research projects, deepening approaches and methods, commenting on the role and work of the Network and the importance of action-research in local food policies and assessing the possibilities of scaling-up the theme towards a national policy. The panel of experts, totally female, is composed of:
