The preparation of a traditional Tuscan dish that has its own characteristics depending on the area where it is made, but which retains three basic ingredients: black cabbage, stale bread and extra virgin olive oil.

Telling the story of a recipe through the chain of its characteristic ingredients: this is the meaning of the meeting and the video created on La Ribollota by the Slow Food Costa degli Etruschi, Florence and Monteregio Convivia.

A journey to discover three places in Tuscany where three important ingredients for this dish and for the entire gastronomy and agriculture of the region come from. The protagonists will tell us about their projects and their products, accompanied by the Slow Food network who will introduce us to the idea of telling the story of their territory through videos and interviews. And of course there will be her, the absolute protagonist: Ribollita and its preparation.
