This event will be a cooking demonstration by Chef Rem Harvey Segarino on Tinigib Salbaro, an old crunchy snack made of cassava with sugar on top.

The main ingredient is the Tinigib White Corn, an Ark of Taste product. The Tinigib Salbaro is not very common these days and, if available, it is not of the same quality as before as people do not use the Tinigib White Corn. In fact, Tinigib White corn is rare and, nowadays, only few farmers grow it for personal consumption. The purpose of the event is therefore to bring back these two products, by making a Tinigib Salbaro that is actually made with Tinigib White Corn.
