We start with three PGI products: the classic piadina, which becomes ever thinner as we cross Romagna from Ravenna to Rimini; coppia ferrarese bread, an ancient bakery product whose name derives from its peculiar shape which is obtained by twisting two pieces of dough around each other in the center to make a four-horned cross; and finally the pampepato ferrarese, a rich dessert full of spices, cacao, candied and dried fruit, with a rubbery texture and a unique text, covered with dark chocolate. For the piadina and the coppia ferrarese we choose one of the most classic combos> mortadella Bologna PGI. For the pampepato, on the other hand, we enrich it with an orange cream. And the snacks are ready! Sure you’re not hungry?
