Would you ever have imagined being able to take part in the tasting of the first and only BEER in the world made with 100% durum wheat malt?
An innovative project born in Foggia thanks to Michele Solimando, brewmaster of the Rebeers brewery based in Foggia, which for the first time bottles FOVEA and which we will taste in a world preview. But Fovea will be only one of the three beers to be tasted together with Bianca Madeleine and Bianca della Daunia. With Giuseppe Barretta we will talk about the international tradition of “wheat beers” and the innovative declination of Rebeers. It will be an exciting journey through historical brewing styles with a modern reinterpretation. But there’s more to come … Along with the three beers, we will taste the Renardini (taralli) made by Pascal Barbato, the Poet Pastry Chef of Fulgaro Panificatori 1890, with malted wheat by Michele Solimando who has decided to share this adventure with us under the expert guidance of our Giuseppe Barretta, taster and great master oenogatronomist.
