This event is the fifth in a series of meetings organised by MATto, the Materioteca of the Politecnico di Torino, dedicated to exploring the world of research and design around food.

In particular, this meeting is dedicated to the theme of the future of packaging: from packaging that communicates its sustainability characteristics, to materials in the name of packaging that is not there, to the challenges dictated by the spread of e-commerce. An in-depth event to try to look beyond, to the next generation of packaging.
