A different evening to spend online together with friends from the Community of producers and co-producers of Qa’en saffron.
For this evening it will be possible to order the menu which will be delivered directly to your home. During the dinner we will be connected on zoom to listen to the stories of Ala Azadkia, spokesperson for the Community, and the farmers connected directly from Iran. The evening will be accompanied by traditional Persian music.

-Kotlet pancake with minced meat, potato, eggs and Iranian spices
-Cucu sabzi canapé with a mix of oriental herbs, eggs and turmeric
-Khoreshe Gheimeh saffron rice served with a rich sauce of lamb, onion, with the typical Iranian legume lappe, tomato, Iranian dried lime, potato, turmeric, curry, saffron and cinnamon
-Saffron cake rosewater and cardamom
-To drink saffron beer created in collaboration with the 5+ Brewery
