Organic Haat Traditional Cuisine of Bundelkhand

The event motto is to display traditional cuisines of Bundelkhand region in India.

All the dishes will be prepared by a group of about twenty farming families, using locally and organically grown millets, grain, dal, vegetables and seeds. The purpose of this initiative is to experience Bundelkhand traditional culture and food diversity, as traditional recipes will be displayed and made available to all. During the event local folk music will also be played.

The event is open to the public. Event organized by Prem Singh.
