The meeting “Qualitative differences between products obtained with ordinary practices and products obtained with good practices” will be moderated by Marina Alaimo (Slow Food Campania) Riccardo Riccardi (ARCA 2010), will open the part dedicated to Pisello Centogiorni with his contribution “La sostenibilità colturale del Pisello Centogiorni” followed by Valerio Battaglia and Ernesto Lahoz (CREA CI Caserta) who will report on “Agricoltura integrata e agricoltura biologica: metodi di produzione a confronto”.
