The convivium of Slow Food Reykjavík organises this online debate to discuss about the responsibility of chefs and cooks with respect to climate change. It will be an opportunity to hear about their point of view and the models already set up for restaurants and canteens. This open discussion will reveal what has been done, what needs to be done.
