After a brief introduction, we will share together the vision of a short emotional video made by the Slow Food Community, from which we will take the cue to talk about everything that is possible to do with the Hazelnut Misto Chiavari and why it is different from the others. The aim of this initiative is to make as many people as possible aware of the Nocciola Misto Chiavari, offering important food for thought and input to encourage their involvement in the local hazelnut supply chain in the near future, whether as growers, processors, consumers or simple supporters.
