A series of tasting dinners to discover and learn about the multiethnic gastronomy in the region of Dobrogea, Romania.
The Slow Food Dobrogea convivium will organise a series of thematic tasting dinners with the purpose of raising awareness about the multiethnic communities in Dobrogea and promoting local gastronomy and tourism, along with biodiversity of the Danube Delta area.
The program includes:
- October 17: Thematic Greek Aromanian Tasting Dinner paired with the wines of Histria winery.
- October 18: Thematic Russian Lipovean Tasting Dinner paired with the wines of La Sapata winery.
- October 24: Thematic Turkish Tasting Dinner paired with the wines of Sarica Niculitel Winery.
- October 25: Thematic Tatar Tasting Dinner paired with the wines of Rasova winery.
