The project “Moncrivello: the paths of honey” was born with the main objective of recovering ancient hilly paths, woods, abandoned and uncultivated land.
The declared will is to establish a strategic synergy between producers (not only honey), landowners and direct cultivators to enhance and beautify the territory through the planting of aromatic and fruit varieties, melliferous. To complete the project (aimed at creating a system also between the municipalities of the territory and their production of food and wine excellence) also the involvement of school institutions and professional schools for tourism, hotels and agriculture and the creation of a “Honey Museum” with original interactive solutions and display of documents and historical texts.
