Cooks Alliance in Azerbaijan meet the COVCHEG project
During the meeting with members of the newly established Slow Food Cooks Alliance in Azerbaijan, participants will be able to discuss Slow Food philosophy, the progress made by the EU funded COVCHEG project, upcoming events, and develop plans for collaboration between cooks and producers of recently established Presidia. Project Coordinator from Slow Food Headquarters will join the meeting virtually to welcome participants and emphasise the rule of cooks in safeguarding local food craftsmanship and gastronomic knowledge.
