As part of the 16th Festival of Nucetto Chickpea, there will be an educational activity aimed at families, especially children of the elementary school of Nucetto and Bagnasco. Chef Paolo Pavarino with nutritionist Chiara Porta will involve children and their parents in the creation and realization of a recipe based on chickpeas, with the aim of raising awareness on the use of legumes in cooking, as a valid and more sustainable alternative to meat. The event will take place in the former railway station of Nucetto where there is the Chickpea Museum.
