Thanks to their cooking, the Alliance cooks have spread knowledge, beauty and pleasure. They have told the story of local territories and cultures. All this would not have been possible without the daily work of farmers, breeders, cheesemakers, winemakers and artisans who produce with passion and respect for the land and their animals.
