On the occasion of “Open Presidia” Slow Food Presidia producers will open the doors of their farms and processing laboratories!
Slow Food Tivoli and Valle Dell’Aniene organizes the “Three Presidia Three Landscapes” itinerary. Departure of the tour from the Orti di Pizzutello, Strada degli Orti 20, Tivoli; followed by a visit to Campi della Fagiolina in Molette, via delle Prata, Arsoli; and finally Biscottificio Fiasco via Borgo San Pietro1, Castel San Pietro Romano.
This is the programme of the day:
10:00 am – 11:30 am Among the pergolas of Pizzutello in Tivoli, with photo exhibition and tasting of the area
12:30 – 15:00 Country outing in Arsoli with the beans
16:00 – 17:00 Stories based on sweets: the Giglietto di Palestrina and San Pietro Romano
The tastings in the three stages will be based on garrisons and products of the Archeomercato della Terra.
