Tasting workshop “From flock to flock!” with Slow Food Ischia and Procida.

On Wednesday 25th November at 5.00 p.m. as part of the Condotta project “men and flavours tell the story of the territory”, Slow Food Ischia and Procida proposes the workshop “Di Gregge in gregge!” where we will listen to the story of Roberto and his “montebore” and that of the Irpinian women and Carmasciano pecorino cheese, with the trustees in charge of the garrison Angelo Lo Conte and Donato Merola.

They are two stories of men and territories but we will taste them and in this we will be guided by Rino Silvestro, Fiduciario della condotta di Napoli and teacher Master of Food Cheese.
