The educational project of the Slow Food Community Cocina Soberana de Buenos Aires carries out workshops in schools, public spaces and universities.
Through the preparatory video and the online meeting the Slow Food Community wants to show the concept of food sovereignty and the concept of good, clean and fair food is transmitted using taste workshops as an interactive experience together with CLAC, the National University of Chilecito and the Cooperative La Riojana, in the Agro-technical school “Julio C.
