The coffee taster: a job as unusual as it is fascinating.
These are the people who develop tastes and aromas for every palate, who know how to give each coffee a careful and precise description. Together with the caffeliers of Lavazza we discover, through a series of sensory exercises, what the first steps are in evaluating a coffee like an expert.
The workshop includes a guided tasting by the Lavazza team and entrance to Museo Lavazza: the museum may be visited an hour before the beginning of the workshop at Nuvola Lavazza, Via Bologna 32, Turin.
