The aim of this event is to show participants the forest of Yacouba Savadogo, the man who stopped desertification in Yatenga, an arid province in the northern region of Burkina Faso and who was awarded the Right Livelihood Prize (or alternative Nobel Prize). Participants will also have the opportunity to learn about endangered species and how to protect them.
