The Master of Food dedicated to wine promoted a new approach by placing the emphasis on the concept of good, clean and fair, and teaching how to combine pleasure and sustainability and to recognize the virtuous relationship between winegrowers and their local area.

9am – Meeting of the participants


On-site lesson on winegrowing with Michele Ciani (owner of the Aquila del Torre cellar) and Elisa De Nardo (Slow Food trainer and regional coordinator of the Slow Wine guide).


Biodynamics and organics compared: the vineyard and agronomic practices, biodiversity and its advantages.


Guided tasting of four of the cellar’s wines: the basics of tasting, towards a more mindful approach.


1pm – Conclusions
