Lunch with Snails

Thanks to new regulations, the doors of many restaurants are finally opening again. The Consorzio della Chiocciola Borgarina and the Slow Food Community for the protection and promotion of the Chiocciola di Borgo have organised a dinner based entirely on snails to celebrate the reopening.
