An event in memory of Giovanni Cialone, architect and environmentalist, member of Slow Food and a profound connoisseur of the agricultural landscape and its transformations.
The evening will have two focuses: the first dedicated to the presentation of the community of homemade mountain grain bread from L’Aquila dedicated to him; the second to the projects undertaken by Cialone, including the Norman Way. It will continue with a talk organised by Virtù Quotidiane which will involve the protagonists of Abruzzo’s viticulture, agriculture and cuisine. This will be followed by tastings of Slow Food presidia in the L’Aquila area and show cooking by chef William Zonfa. The evening will close with a dessert prepared by Federico Marrone, a young up-and-coming pastry chef from Locanda Da Lincosta.
Event organized by Slow Food L’Aquila e Virtù Quotidiane, an online newspaper from Abruzzo. To book write to firstname.lastname@example.org
