There are lots of methods for preparing coffee: some older and more traditional, others developed recently.
A journey to discover—or rediscover—the different cutting-edge methods on the scene today: Cold Brew, Nitro, Syphon, Cascara and Aeropress will be names familiar to those on vanguard of preparing their brew, and this workshop is dedicated to coffee fanatics who want to taste these different methods side by side.
The workshop includes a guided tasting by the Lavazza team and entrance to Museo Lavazza: the museum may be visited an hour before the beginning of the workshop at Nuvola Lavazza, Via Bologna 32, Turin.
