Culture & Gastronomy: in diversity, there is beauty and there is strength.
The dinner is part of the Cultural Days of the Armenian community and it will highlight the gastronomic heritage of this community.
The menu includes:
- Appetizer: Zhengyalov khats (Armenian bread with greens) with butter.
- Soup: Angadjabur with hurut.
- Main course: Ajapsandali (Armenian Ratatouille) with lavash (Armenian bread).
- Dessert: Tort Marlenka.
Participants can also enjoy an Armenian Cognac Tasting and try the legendary Ararat Brandy.
Ticketed event, the price of the menu is 85 lei per person. The Armenian Cognac Tasting is optional and costs 15 lei per person.
