In search of the local agricultural biodiversity with a visit to some small agricultural realities of our Apennines.
A day to get to know colours that implement a healthy and clean agriculture, that produce quality and historical products of our territory.
- Terre Villane farm: mountain potatoes, quarantine potatoes, eight-row corn, old grains and cereals, buckwheat, cereal flours, legumes, devil’s bean.
- Sassi Neri Company: production of quality raw milk Caprini cheeses
- Canedo Cooperative Company: production of beef, with wild breeding, and cold cuts
The visit: departure from Casteggio at 09.30 am. Lunch at the Casa Matti restaurant (cost 20-25 Euro). 16.30 approx., departure for return.
