While waiting to visit them again at the farm or in the cellar, we thought we would let you hear us and, above all, listen to the producers who are the protagonists of our buying groups: with them we will chat to discover the work behind the splendid fruit that then arrives on our tables.
The idea is to learn more about the role of producers who believe in the philosophy of good, clean and fair through an informal and light event where the ingredient of the evening will be your curiosity, which we hope will honour the passion that our guests put into their work. The next event will be on THURSDAY 25 MARCH at 7pm with Ivano Silvestri of Molino Silvestri in Torgiano, Umbria. Molino Silvestri is exclusively organic: here, ancient cereals are processed, ground in purity, not hybridised or genetically altered. The flours are milled according to the characteristics of the individual cereals and left whole or sifted without altering the nutritional principles. The products are made using electricity from renewable hydraulic sources, which translates into practice the policies of sustainable production and respect for the environment.
