While we are waiting to visit them again in their farms, we thought we would let you hear the voices of the producers who are the protagonists of our buying groups.
The idea is to learn more about the role of the producer who believes in the philosophy of good, clean and fair through an informal and light event where the ingredient of the evening will be your curiosity, which we hope will honour the passion that our guests put into their work. The next event will be THURSDAY 15 APRIL at 7pm with Antonella Titone. The olive groves of the Sicilian lands offer beauty to the eyes, fragrances to the senses and passionate tastes to those dishes that are embraced by their oils. Unusual, sunny products, fragrant with aromas that recall ancient stories of passion and love for working the fields. The territory of the province of Trapani, the “land of fragrances”, is where Antonella’s extra virgin olive oils are made. She is a businesswoman who has chosen this sector as her life’s work at the threshold of forty, “in the middle of the journey of our life” as she says, borrowing words from the Supreme Poet.
Free event organised by the Slow Food Godo and Bassa Romagna Convivium.
Financed by the European Union.
