To find out more about the fascinating world of beer, one of the world’s oldest alcoholic drinks, dating back to the birth of its greatest civilizations, visit a brewery and study the subject in depth online with Slow Food trainers.
Here you’ll learn about the ingredients that go into beer, and its production areas and techniques, with special reference to Italian craft brewing. In the course of the online lessons, you’ll taste a selection of eight beers from Italy and elsewhere to discover the stories of cultures and traditions that are hidden in every glass.
